Gauge Repair serves commercial and industrial clients worldwide. Our calibration lab is an industry leader providing consistent attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Gauge Repair Service is American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) Certified. We have over 42 years experience in instrumentation calibration, repair and sales.

Torque & Force Calibrations

Our Torque Department handles the calibration all manufacturers' wrenches as well as being able to provide parts for them when needed. We use CDI's TFC2000, the most sophisticated torque and force calibrator available today. It handles all types of torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers, force gages (tension and compression), torque multipliers, and cable tensiometers. We also have our own custom-designed torque calibrator that can calibrate torque wrenches and multipliers up to 20,000 ft/lbs.

Dead Weight Testers

Gauge Repair Service also calibrates, repairs and certifies Dead Weight Testers from all manufacturers, including Ametek and Ashcroft, just to name a few. We use state-of-the-art standards as well as our own uniquely designed computer calibration program to aid our technicians in giving you the best possible quality and workmanship.
